Leading the Production Team

The production team is in charge of delivering the satellites on cost, time and quality.

With production cells in multiple countries, the production lead will be in charge of expanding and maintaining them while rolling out the global production strategy of Open Cosmos.

What will you be doing?

You will be leading the production team. A multinational group made of different geographical cells that produce and test state of the art satellites on demanding missions.

You will be setting up the production strategy, defining tools, equipment, facilities and team required in each location and new ones to fulfil Open Cosmos growth.

You will be managing the different cells to ensure on time, on cost and on quality safe delivery of the satellites. You will be required to innovate and continuously improve processes, tools and equipment in order to keep Open Cosmos at the forefront of the industry.

• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing, cost management and control and production management experience at scale
