Working in our Chief Operating Office (COO)
Our COO Teams are the engine that powers Open Cosmos’ operations. This division brings together mission management, supply chain, and quality & product assurance to make sure every mission is delivered smoothly, reliably, and to the highest standards. They turn plans into action, keeping us efficient and mission-ready at all times.
As we scale globally and expand our satellite and data capabilities, we’re looking for a NetSuite Administrator to take ownership of our ERP platform and help us build seamless, reliable business operations across finance, supply chain, and manufacturing.
What will you be doing?
This is a hands-on, system ownership role — blending configuration, optimisation, troubleshooting, training, and platform stewardship.
You’ll be the go-to person for all things NetSuite, ensuring the system runs smoothly and evolves with the needs of a fast-moving, scaling company.
You will:
Administer and configure NetSuite (roles, dashboards, workflows, saved searches, scripts).
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain data accuracy and reliability.
Train and support teams across Finance, Supply Chain, Production, and Operations.
Work with stakeholders to streamline processes and automate workflows.
Manage integrations with other tools and applications.
Maintain documentation and process maps.
Support security, compliance, and audit requirements.
Contribute to the future roadmap for NetSuite at Open Cosmos.
You'll also contribute to wider IT service delivery by providing 2nd line support where needed — helping keep our systems stable and secure across a global footprint.
What You’ll bring
Hands-on experience administering NetSuite ERP.
Understanding of finance and supply chain workflows (P2P, O2C, inventory management).
Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
Comfortable with data imports/exports and reconciliation (Excel/Sheets/CSV).
Familiar with core IT support principles and identity/access management.
Clear and confident communication skills — able to support non-technical users.
For this role you can be based in any of our locations.
To apply, you must have the legal right to work in your chosen location.
When applying, please submit your CV in English
