We’re scaling rapidly across Europe and beyond, and with that growth comes increasing complexity, opportunity, and ambition. To support this next chapter, we’re hiring a Chief of Staff to the CEO — a high-trust, high-impact role at the very centre of the organisation.

This is not a traditional support role.

As Chief of Staff, you’ll be the CEO’s strategic execution partner and operational extension, ensuring that Open Cosmos’ priorities are translated into action — and delivered with pace, clarity and discipline.

For the first 6 months, you’ll shadow the CEO closely, building deep context, understanding decision-making at the highest level, and helping to drive the business forward.

What You’ll be doing

• Acting as the CEO’s trusted deputy

• Representing the CEO in selected internal and external forums

• Driving follow-through on key decisions and commitments

• Protecting the CEO’s focus on the highest-impact priorities

• Translating company strategy into clear, actionable priorities

• Driving the most critical cross-functional initiatives

• Identifying risks, misalignment and execution bottlenecks — and resolve them

• Lead the CEO Office and partner closely with the CEO’s EA

• Establishing a strong operating rhythm across executive forums, board cycles and planning cadences

• Aligning strategy, communications and CEO-led initiatives into one coherent model

• Bringing together complex reporting into clear executive and board-level insight

What You’ll Bring

• Strong understanding of how strategy translates into execution in a complex, scaling international business

• Exceptional ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguity

• Excellent analytical capability and experience synthesising business performance data

• Strong commercial judgement and organisational awareness

• Confident engaging and influencing senior leaders and board-level stakeholders

• Fluent English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus

• Unquestionable integrity and discretion

• Comfortable operating at pace and intensity and travelling regularly
